All tracks on the DVD and CD were recorded and filmed in late 2007 and early 2008 in New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Denver and Australia.

The CD can now be streamed in its entirety at AOL Music. The band has also launched an e-card where you can sample video and audio from the two releases.
